In 2024, North Wales solidified its status as a must-visit destination, captivating UK travelers with its stunning landscapes and vibrant experiences, according to the Great Britain Tourism Survey (GBTS) and Day Visits Survey (GBDVS). With Great Britain logging 1.1 billion domestic trips and £87.8 billion in spend, North Wales punched above its weight, attracting roughly 2.28 million overnight trips (around 30% of Wales 7.61 million total) and generating over £670 million in visitor spending.
