With the opening up of business and the tourism sector across North Wales on the horizon, the community engagement team at Transport for Wales would like to capture your thoughts and ideas on’ Building Passenger Trust in Public Transport Post-COVID’ through a short online survey.

The survey will help Transport for Wales to understand your feelings about public transport and also to find out ways public transport may help your organisation going forward.

Please follow this link – https://www.menti.com/o4qyqy2kyr  to provide your input

  • There are four sections covering fear, fares and flexibility – business and tourism

The poll will be live until 17:00 on Wednesday 31st March

For those who would like to give further input, Transport for Wales will be holding a Business and Community Focus event after Easter focusing on:

  • Understanding fear and the practical steps we can take to reduce this
  • Exploring potential fares initiatives and what may suit future travel needs
  • Examining flexibility; what is the ‘new normal’ and how can transport adapt to suit
