To support the reopening of businesses and their efforts to create safe environments for the public to feel confident to return to the high street, hospitality and tourism sectors, the Welsh Government are temporarily relaxing planning control for specified development through amendments to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (the “GPDO”).
