How does it work?

The open dated experience vouchers are dispatched in a gift pack. We then ask customers to activate their vouchers where we then provide the full product details and your contact information to book the event, this is to ensure we are always providing them to the most up to date details. The customer books the day direct with you, so you retain control of the bookings.  We then ask you to claim the voucher on our online portal before the customer arrives so you do need to ask the customer to present their voucher on the day. Once the experience has been fulfilled please send an invoice to us.  Virgin Experience Days issues payments every two weeks and is proud to be known for prompt and hassle-free payments. You’ll be assigned dedicated contacts to talk to whenever you need assistance and we do our utmost to ensure we are a pleasure to deal with.

RRP / Cost Prices

The Retail price would be the same as you charge your customers. There is no up-front fee to appear on our websites, we simply ask for a % discount from your advertised price for each customer we send to you. There is also no extra cost to you in providing these experiences. We are very proactive in promoting our products full price and promotional products through a range of means including offline and online advertising, social media and frequent newsletters to our substantial and loyal customer base.
